Product designer with 5 years of experience, focused on visually compelling work that solves users' core problems. Much of my recent work is built around AI tools, agents, and skills.
Me outside of work: basketball lover (the Knicks are cool and all, but it's Bulls for life), video game enthusiast, part-time traveler and side-quester, extreme movie binge watcher, and an "I'll eat and try anything once" type of dude. I'm open to new opportunities and would love to chit-chat and connect!

Internal sellers on how they prepare and what is missing
The meeting page told sellers less than anywhere else they could have looked. Four gaps came up over and over.
01 Β· No fast answers
No way to quickly gather information
02 Β· No memory
No historical context of past meetings
03 Β· No search
No quick search for content
04 Β· No preparation
No way to prepare for what would come up
What sellers valued
β€œIt's done a really good job of taking context in without me even having to feed it.”
Seller, POC feedback
β€œPrep agent is useful for refreshing context on accounts where there has been a long gap between calls.”
Seller, POC feedback
β€œThe tool saves time and increases effectiveness, especially for prepping internal teams before meetings.”
Seller, POC feedback
Where it fell short
Context was account-level when it needed to be meeting-level.
The agent mixed business lines and pulled history from unrelated calls. Meeting-level context filtering became the team's top priority before full release.

01 Β· Proof of concept
Validate the output before designing the layout
ChoseA POC on real meeting data, letting what the agent could reliably produce set the design constraints.
Gave upEarly wireframes and a polished prep UI. I would have been designing for a capability that didn't exist yet.
02 Β· Pilot
Hold the UI still, iterate on quality
ChoseKeep the interface unchanged through the pilot and put every cycle into the agent's output, to hit an early release.
Gave upFixing known discoverability gaps. Some sellers never found generate or agenda drafting.
03 Β· Placement
One rail on the meeting page, not a separate assistant
ChoseBrief, follow-ups and content in the same rail, then agent intelligence folded into the existing search engine.
Gave upA standalone assistant with its own surface, and the visibility that comes with a new destination.
